Barbara Ragsdale has been working as a consultant, project manager, and trainer in the computer field for over 35 years. In 1991, Barb turned her focus to law firms but still works with several other industries, including banking and life sciences. She keeps abreast of new technology by attending conferences and seminars and has becoming certified in several applications.

As project manager and lead trainer, Barb has written user documentation, training outlines and other training materials, presented training for trainers, and provided ongoing feedback and support for her teams. Barb has delivered training and floor support for multiple national and international firms and has traveled to Paris, Amsterdam, Ireland, Belgium, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada, as well as most of the 50 states to do so.

Barb has a Masters Degree from George Washington University and is an adjunct professor for two local universities in the Washington, D.C. area. She speaks conversational French and Spanish.

Suzie Feld is a Senior Trainer and Support Resource with over 25 years of training experience especially with law firm technology projects. She enjoys the unique challenges that law firm technology provides and has participated in multiple software upgrade and migration projects including upgrades to new versions of Microsoft Office and migrations from iManage to NetDocuments.

Suzie has delivered training and floor support for several national and international firms and has written user documentation for several contracts. As lead trainer for multiple projects, Suzie has written training outlines, presented train-the-trainer classes, and provided ongoing feedback and support for the training team.

Suzie is an excellent communicator and teacher. She relates to law firm personnel at all levels. She is a quick study and a thorough researcher. Suzie’s certifications include: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, NetDocuments, iManage, DocXtools, PenSera (TimeKM), WordPerfect, Langevin Instructional Designer/Developer.

Barbara Seaver has over 30 years of technology training, support, documentation, and project management experience, the last 20 of which have been spent working primarily with law firms. She enjoys learning new technology and looking for answers to issues that stump the users. Barbara has participated in multiple software upgrade and migration projects including upgrades to new versions of Microsoft Office and migrations to Outlook and NetDocuments.

Barbara has delivered training and floor support on three continents (North America, Europe, Asia) in person and via webinar on a fourth (South America) She has been praised for her ability to relate to personnel on all levels in a variety of cultures. Her enthusiasm for teaching and learning is infectious users look forward to her visits to their offices.

Barbara has a Masters Degree from Northeastern Illinois University. She speaks conversational French and Hebrew and can be polite in several other languages, including Japanese, Russian, and Hungarian.
